Megan is the Product/Design Lead at DanceDesk, where she blends her passion for dance and technology to create a smarter, more intuitive scheduling platform for studios. With over seven years of administrative experience at a dance studio, she deeply understands the day-to-day challenges of scheduling, communication, and operations, and is driven to solve them with thoughtful, user-centered design.She is currently completing her Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis at Durham College, building on a strong foundation of analytical thinking and problem-solving. Megan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, reflecting her diverse academic background and curiosity about how people and systems work. With nearly two decades of experience in customer-facing roles, business management, and leadership, she brings a unique blend of real-world insight, creative thinking, and technical know-how to the DanceDesk team.

Brody serves as a lead developer at DanceDesk, channeling his enthusiasm for technology and innovative thinking into creating straightforward solutions for studio management. Having nearly finished his advanced diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis, he’s built a solid base in software development and business strategy, allowing him to craft efficient, ground-up solutions for real-world problems.Before moving into tech, Brody worked as a paramedic for five years, an experience that sharpened his attention to detail, honed his communication skills, and reinforced his passion for helping others. His background, ranging from high-pressure, customer-facing roles to systematic technical work, gives him a unique perspective on designing user-focused tools. Brody’s commitment to providing genuine, people-centered solutions makes him an integral part of the DanceDesk team.

Colin is a lead full-stack developer at DanceDesk, where he brings together his technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to enhance our digital platform. He works across both front-end and back-end systems to create cohesive, responsive solutions that power our scheduling tools. With a background in customer service before transitioning to software development, Colin understands the importance of creating technology that genuinely serves user needs.He is currently completing his Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis at Durham College, where his analytical thinking and technical aptitude continue to evolve. Colin's balanced perspective on development—combining code quality with practical functionality—has made him an invaluable member of the DanceDesk team as we build tools that simplify studio management.
